Return and Refund Policy
At Cong Caphe Malaysia, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
We recommend you to read our Return & Refund Policy prior to making any purchase from our website. We also recommend our customers to immediately inspect any goods received from us, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
There are 2 types of Return policy available on Cong Caphe Malaysia website, depending on the product’s nature. All perishable goods, e.g., food & beverages are non returnable.
Food and Beverage
- All food and beverage items are not returnable due to the product’s nature & hygiene reason.
- For any orders that are incomplete, incorrect or damaged, kindly contact our Customer Service Team at +603 - 2276 3135.
- Our Customer Service operates Monday-Sunday 10am - 9 p.m.
- Details and Proof of purchase must be presented to our Customer Service Team upon inquiry.
- Without a receipt or any proof of purchase, Cong Caphe Malaysia may not be able to process a replacement and/or refund.
- For incomplete order, refund will be issued to you via your original payment method.
- For incorrect order and/or damaged F&B items, the replacement items will be delivered to you at our expense.
- For any ordered product that is unavailable, our Customer Service Team will contact you with 2 remedies available:
1. Amend your order and replace with another product of the same value; OR
2. Process with a full refund for the unavailable product ordered.
For any incorrect and/or defective merchandise (excluding clearance goods) received from Cong Caphe Malaysia, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within the return validity period.
- The return validity period of 7 days starts from the delivered date.
- Exchanges are available and will be processed as a refund of the original purchase price. A new order for the replacement product must be placed in order to proceed with the exchange process.
- The replacement product must be the same product that is returned; unless the product is no longer available.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, original packaging and proof of purchase must be presented.
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Any gift item shipped from Cong Caphe Malaysia may be returned with the Terms & Conditions applied; however, the funds will be returned to the purchaser.
- We regret to inform that any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
- Without a receipt or any proof of purchase, Cong Caphe Malaysia may not be able to process a return and/or refund.
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
